Week Five - Summer

This week we have some favorite recipes to inspire and share. We also have our first CSA batch of boysenberries. With these gems and tomatoes, I guess it really is summer now!

Week Nine - Summer

This week we have three veggies making their summertime debut, green beans, sweet corn, and fennel with accompanying recipes to get you started!

Week Thirteen - Summer

We have two stuffed veggie recipes and a tasty chicken pozole. This box has three varieties of peppers, and two varieties of tomatoes.

Week Seventeen - Summer

We have been so thankful for this cleansing rain that fall has brought us. This week's box brings some favorite fall varieties. 

Week Twenty-one    Summer

This concludes are 25th year of offering summer CSA subscriptions. We are so thankful for every single one of our members. You are the other half to this veggie loving equation. May good veggies always find you!

Week Seven - Summer

It is salsa making time! This week we bring you veggies to make your favorite salsa,  included is a Pico de Gallo recipe. Also, a refreshing cucumber cooler to go along.

Week Fifteen- Summer

This week the box is filled with familiar favorites. I was very excited to be able to share one of my staple recipes this week, Coconut Chicken Chowder.

Week Nineteen- Summer

Brrr! It's cold. We have three cozy recipes to warm you up this week. 

Week Four - Summer

Hot days and warm nights, summer is perfect for cold salads and grilled goods. These recipes are written for your oven, but can be easily adapted by the grill master in you life. 

Week Eight - Summer

We have two, new to summer peppers this week, the poblano and the Anaheim. Along with two recipes to make your Sunday breakfast extra delicious!

Week Twelve - Summer

Vegetarian dishes to guide you through this week's box. A tasty way to cook up eggplant, a vegetarian chili, and a broccoli salad!

Week Sixteen - Summer

We welcome the turn of seasons with the Fall Equinox. This week we have some nice flavors that help us transition to these cozier times. 

Week Twenty- Summer

We are in the final stretch and have an awesome box to help punctuate the season. A wonderful soup recipe from John and Sally is included.
